You should have a look at some of the videos on: www.netballonline.com They have some great tips about passing, defending and shooting

You really need to know the rules and the positions on court - If you dont know them you could look like Mr Bean lol Sorry but its true... If you dont know anything about the rules or positions I recommend u ask to play GS (Goal Shooter) Its a safe position - Your based in the goal area and your job there is to recieve the ball from ur fellow team mates in the goal area and shoot the ball into the goal - so u need to dodge the GK to recieve the ball in open space - face towards the goal and shoot the ball in - (remember u have only 3 seconds with the ball in hand) so good luck
